Algeria: Steamed Chicken

Algerian Steamed Chicken: OMG, this was GOOOOOOOD!!!

Instructions were somewhat unusual: steam in the chicken (rubbed in spices) over water and veggies.
We thought we'd try parsnips instead of turnips next time, as some of us are not huge fans of turnips.
