Today we made Escudella from Andorra. From where, you might ask?!?!? Andorra! A tiny tiny country in the mountains between Spain and France.

What an amazingly awesome, cool idea!
ReplyDeleteI might have some ideas when you get around to Portugal. First suggestion would be Alentejana. (Google it.) Of course, Ligia may have it all over me in this department.
